Civil Service Exam Preparation Course
A Fast Track to Achieving Your Dream — Full Support for Passing the Civil Service Exam
One of the most popular subjects in the Language and Communication Program is the Library Science track. For high school students interested in becoming librarians, Shinshu Hounan College offers a unique librarian training curriculum. Taking the full “librarian course” means earning your librarian certification, enrolling in the Public Service Exam Preparation Course, and joining the librarian seminar.
For students in the Early Childhood Education Program working toward a childcare teacher license, becoming a public servant is often required, as most childcare positions involve passing municipal public service exams. This Public Service Exam Preparation Course is designed to fully support those students as well.
Why Take the Civil Service Exam Preparation Course?
The Language and Communication Program at Hounan College Offers 5 fields of study, and students in any of these fields can pursue the Library and Information Specialist qualification. Since the founding of the college, many students have completed the Library and Information Specialist program , and a significant number of graduates are now working as professional librarians. Today, many students still pursue the Library and Information Specialist program, and a significant number of graduates are now working as professional librarians.
However, in most cases, to work as a librarian, passing the civil service exam is required. That's why we offer the Civil Service Exam Preparation Course—to support students who aspire to become librarians and need to pass the exam to achieve that goal. Here are some key points about Honan College’s Civil Service Exam Preparation Course.
In the Early Childhood Education Program, established in 2008, students can earn the Childcare Worker Qualification (and in many cases, the Kindergarten Teacher Qualification as well). However, to actually work as a childcare professional—especially in Nagano Prefecture—students generally need to become public servants. This is another reason why we offer the Civil Service Exam Preparation Course.
